Business Verification

In order to receive the USA Sports wholesale and retail catalogs you need to be a retailer. We require confirmation of your retail business.
To verify your business, USA Sports requests photo copies of your state sales tax license, vendor's certificate, or resale certificate, to be sent in for review. Fax these photo copies, along with the catalog request form below, to speed up your catalog delivery process.

retail customers. Our Retail Catalog is jam-packed with useful information such as a complete listing of all the products we stock, the retail pricing, full color ads from the biggest sports nutrition companies, product comparisons, and much more.
